Delivery
 
  1. Sales to UK and Ireland, £50 and over, qualify for free delivery
  2. A delvery charge of £10 applies to sales to Uk and Ireland, under £50.
  3. Deliveries to Northern Ireland and Repbublic of Ireland will be via courier.
  4. Deliveries to UK mainland normally be via Royal Mail or Parcel Force.
  5. For deliveries to other EU member states please email for delivery rates.
  6. EU deliveries will be via most cost effective carrier.
  7. For delivery to non-EU countries - please email for delivery rates and reduced tax prices.
  8. Non-EU deliveries will be via most cost effective carrier.
  9. All deliveries must be inspected for damage before accepting delivery.
  10. In-stock items will be dispatched within 3 working days of order being placed.
  11. Out of stock items:  Delivery time may be 2 - 3 weeks. The customer will be informed of expected delivery date with the option of reviewing order.
 
Returns
 
  1. We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product within 14 days of delivery, provided it is in fully resaleable condition and in original, undamaged packaging.  Please see below for exceptions to this policy. If the product returned is not in fully resaleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase.
  2. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to measure/order goods unless they are damaged in transit(see below).
  3. Goods damaged in transit.  Goods must be inspected before accepting delivery. Only damage that the courier has been made aware of will be eligible for refund.
 
Goods
 
  1. Each piece of pottery produced by Catherine Scott Ceramics is made by hand and therefore unique so there will be some variation in the glaze patterns on each individual piece. (the shape and size of each piece will be relatively consistant)
  2. Crazing:  Earthenware pottery is naturally pourous and may, over time, develop fine crazing. often undetectable, this is normal.
 
Privacy
 
  1. Customer information supplied via contact us page will be added to our data base, unless otherwise instructed.
  2. Catherine Scott Ceramics does not store customers' credit/debit card information.
  3. All automated financial transactions on this website are conducted through paypal.
